Collaboration with Proxymity
On 12 March 2025, Proxymity published the collaboration with Breukel Software GmbH to offer individual and institutional investors electronic voting for German general meetings. The official announcement connects Proxymity's digital investor communications platform with German issuer agents served via Breukel Software.
According to the published announcement, seven German issuer agents have already adopted the solution, representing more than one third of all annual general meetings held by German issuers each year.

ISO 20022 messaging via Proxymity
IA-CON supports the transmission of relevant ISO 20022 messages via Proxymity, including seev.001, seev.002, seev.006 and seev.008. This enables structured, traceable and internationally compatible workflows for electronic voting and investor communication.
Corporate action and meeting processes can therefore be connected through a consistent digital messaging model, from initial communication to reliable operational feedback.
Output management and automated delivery
In output management, IA-CON supports modern delivery processes for corporate actions with clear traceability, strong security and short turnaround times.
From upstream systems for corporate actions - such as annual general meetings, investor information and related notification processes - IA-CON automatically takes over PDFs, raw texts and business control data.
