The Early Years (1980-1990)
The history of Breukel Software GmbH begins in 1980, when Henner Breukel founded the company initially as a sole proprietorship. In the early years, the focus was on developing customized document solutions.
Growth and Expansion (1990-2002)
With the transformation into Breukel Software GmbH in 1990 and the entry of Michael Breukel as an additional managing director, the company was placed on a broader foundation. The range of services was systematically expanded:
- Billing systems for doctors and hospitals
- Factoring solution for dental laboratories and dental practices
Annual General Meeting Solution (2002)
In 2002, Breukel Software set standards with the development of a solution for conducting and managing annual general meetings. This application made it easier for stock corporations to organize and legally implement their meetings.
Focus on Financial Service Providers (2011-2022)
In 2011, a specialized solution for maintaining share registers for registered share corporations was developed. This marked an increased focus on the financial sector.
In 2022, company founder Henner Breukel retired. The annual general meeting solution was transferred to ADEUS Aktienregister-Service GmbH.
Today: Clear Direction (since 2022)
After the realignment, Breukel Software focuses on three core areas:

Maintenance and expansion of the share register solution for registered share corporations with CASCADE-RS integration.
INDOC & STVNET
Document generation and management systems for efficient creation, organization and archiving.
IA-CON (from 2026)
